1. Return and Cancellation: I accept Return and cancellation

Request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase

we gladly accept returns 7 days after the product
delivered, within 7 days must ship items back.
Customers are responsible for the return cost. But of course, returns will be FREE if they arrive damaged or defective.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition.
Please return the order on time. If the order is returned overdue, we will charge a penalty of 10%-100% of the order according to the overdue time.
If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason or they are damaged during the shipping, please contact us before leaving feedback. Friendly customer service is our priority and we'll do our best to solve the problem in a reasonable for you way.

2. Shipping time, methods & Packaging

We ship out our product US within 1-3 days, spend 20$ get free shipping is USPS first class mail shipping, we work 7 days.

All our jewelry will be placed in bubble wrap with a jewelry box for well protection to avoid the possibility of damage in transit.

Please feel free to contact us directly for any questions during shipping, we will help you to track your orders or contact USPS to solve any problem you might have.

*IF the item could not ship within 1-3 days, a specific time will be notified when you put the order.USPS might delay the shipping during a national holiday or under severe weather conditions.

3. Problem with your Order

4. Care instructions for Jewelry Orders

1. Keep jewelry away from water and humidity.

2. Remove jewelry before bathing, showering, or swimming.

3. Remove jewelry before sleeping or participating in physical activity.

4. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hairsprays, and other chemicals.

5. Make sure jewelry is stored properly.

6. Every piece of jewelry has its soul and needs to be carefully protected and taken care of. Just like the person you love, your jewelry will love you too.

5. Lost in the mail or stole your mail

All packages are insured for up to 200$, so if your package states "delivered" and you have not received it, IF the post office has lost your package or it says delivered and it was not I can do nothing from my end to assist you, please take the issue up with your local POST MASTER and If you think your order was stolen call your local police station after please email us and After we contacted the post office make sure you lost mail, we will start the remaking process for your order.

6. USPS delay your order show: in-transit, Arriving late

If your package is delayed by the post office show in transit, or arriving late, please email to contact us, we will contact the post office in time to check the status of your package, the delay will cause: Weather, COVID-19, labor shortage, or Holiday, please wait patiently, If the package is more than < 1 MONTH>, We mark this package was lost, we will deal with it as the package is lost, we can do resend the package and refund to you.
